Graphite

I programmed an online tool, “Graphite”, that algorithmically curates news articles for people in such a way that they get a graphical overview over the “thematic landscape” in the news and that suggests news articles with the idea that following those suggestions lets people most efficiently get a broad overview over the topics of any given pool of news articles. The site comes equipped with an intuitive interface and is meant to give you an non-reader feedback/non-“expert” based entrance point to the news and, on a meta level, reporting dynamics in general.

Here are some screen shots:

I am currently preparing the site to go online and lease it to interested publishing houses and am in the process of Beta-testing with interested people and potential investors/buyers.

Interested? Drop me a mail and I’ll tell you more about it or add you to the Beta group.
